Two Day Horsemanship Clinic

Age Requirements

Participants must be 18 years of age or be accompanied by a parent participating in the same clinic.

Schedule

  • The schedule is flexible and designed for small groups to ensure plenty of individual instruction as well as time for questions and discussion.

  • We'll kick things off with a fellowship supper evening around 6:00 pm.

  • After breakfast the first day, we'll head for the indoor arena. I normally like to start each horse individually in the round pen at liberty, this helps me see how to best help you.

  • We’ll break for the noon meal then start back with the horses after any questions and discussion.

  • We normally try to wrap up between 4:00-5:00 pm.

  • Supper will be around 6:00 pm followed by questions and discussion. For those guests staying overnight with us enjoy visiting with friends while snuggling up to the fireplace or relax while sitting on one of the balconies overlooking the horse meadow.

  • After our breakfast the second day we’ll have questions and discussion and then head for the indoor arena.

  • We’ll have our noon meal as close to noon as possible and then resume our clinic with the horses trying to wrap up our Two-Day Horsemanship Clinic as close to 4:00 pm as possible to help folks get on the road.

Pricing

  • Two Day Weekend Horsemanship Clinic $400/Horse

  • Limited to 4 Horses & 4 Auditors (spectators)

  • Includes Two Full Days of Instruction

  • Includes all your meals

  • Includes outdoor covered stall for your horse (3 Nights)

  • Includes overnight accommodations (3 Nights) in our house or RV Electrical Hookup

  • Non-Refundable Deposit 50% of the cost of the clinic to reserve your spot

  • Auditors $200 (includes meals and overnight accommodations)

Overnight Accomodations

  • Bedrooms are located downstairs and furnished with twin size beds

  • Two bedrooms have their own sliding glass door to the outside patio area

  • Guests share one full bathroom downstairs with an additional half bath available on the main floor upstairs

  • Towels, washcloths, and bedding are provided for overnight guests staying in the house

  • RV hookup (electricity only)

Things To Bring

  • While we will be in an indoor arena, the arena is not heated, so participants will want weather appropriate clothes

  • Comfortable chair for sitting in the arena
